I am currently in the Uk studying for my Masters program courtesy of God and you guys.My immigration case was such a complicated one, I was banned for 10 years and my application was refused based on the notion that the statement of account that my sponsor used was fake hence the ban!

I write to commend you for my recent immigration matter (Post-Study Work of the PBS application) you undertook which eventually culminated with the successful issuance of our two years post study work residence permit. My initial application was refused for none compliance with maintenance policy of the Immigration Rules under the strict guidelines of the Point Based System. I appealed against the decision but was also refused by the Immigration Judge that my matter was assigned in spite of a positive judgement having similar facts as my matter and entered by another Immigration Judge of the same AIT Glasgow.
